Welcome
Jigsawd is a place to log the jigsaw puzzles you finish, review them and see what other puzzlers recommend. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Jigsawd.
Who can use Jigsawd
You must be at least 13 years old. If you’re under the age of adulthood where you live, you need a parent or guardian’s permission.
You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
Community rules
Jigsawd has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post anything that is abusive, harassing, hateful, threatening, sexual, violent, illegal or spam, or that shares someone else’s private information.
Only post photos and words you have the right to share. Don’t pretend to be someone else.
Anyone can report a review, photo or profile, and block other people. We review reports within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these rules, and close the accounts of people who break them.
Your content
You own the reviews, ratings and photos you post. By posting them publicly you let Jigsawd store, show and share them in the app so other people can see them. Logs marked “Only me” are shown only to you.
You can edit or delete your logs at any time, and deleting your account deletes them.
The puzzle catalog
Anyone can add puzzles to the shared catalog. Please add accurate details and only box photos you have the right to share. Puzzles you add become part of the shared catalog: we may edit, merge or remove them, and they stay in the catalog (without your name) if you delete your account.
Some catalog details and box photos come from Open Products Facts (openproductsfacts.org), used under the Open Database Licence and Creative Commons licences.
Shop links
Puzzle pages may link to shops such as Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, Jigsawd earns from qualifying purchases. Buying through these links doesn’t cost you more. Shops are run by others, and their own terms and policies apply.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Jigsawd running and accurate, but it is provided “as is”. We can’t promise it will always be available or error-free, or that puzzle details, ratings and reviews are correct. To the extent the law allows, Jigsawd is not liable for indirect losses or for anything posted by other people.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Account settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms as Jigsawd grows. If the changes are important we’ll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Jigsawd after a change means you accept the new terms.
